Solicitud de Permiso de Video/Filmación en el Casino
Por favor, complete la solicitud en su totalidad. Todos los campos son obligatorios a menos que se indiquen como opcionales, y enviarla no garantiza la aprobación: revisamos cada solicitud y respondemos por correo electrónico o teléfono.
Envíe el formulario completado a nuestro Gerente de Mercadeo, Harold, a HHernandez@HialeahPark.com. Procuramos responder en un plazo de 5–7 days.
Acuerdo y Condiciones
Al firmar la solicitud, usted acepta los siguientes términos para filmar y hacer vlogs en el casino.
Content Review
All videos must be submitted for review and approval in writing by casino management before they are posted or published online.
Content Removal
If management requests removal of a video or post, it must be taken down as soon as possible. Non-compliance may revoke filming permission.
Conduct & Consent
Follow all casino rules: obtain consent from other players or guests before filming them, avoid disrupting games, and comply with staff instructions.
Revocation
Permission to film may be revoked at any time at the discretion of casino management.
English only can be spoken at gaming tables and machines unless otherwise agreed upon.
